Depends which bits of Birmingham, some are now CRI or I think Addaction.

I think Phoenix Futures have something to do with it, but it's not going to be fully rolled out until 2015.

Yeah, I had heard that too, and as they have a lot of the contracts in the greater birmingham areas, it wouldn't surprise me at all.
